Does Cathy Style Offer Free Return Shipping?
1. You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
2. Shipping is free on your 1st return for any order. You must use the shipping label we provide (See "How do I make a return?" section for details), then send back and postmark the package within 30 days from the purchase date.
3. After you have already returned items from an order but would like to make additional returns for additional items, you must do so within 30 days of the purchase date. There are two ways:
① you can use the shipping label we provided and pay a $ 7.99 shipping fee , which will be deducted from your refund.
② you can use your own shipping method and at your own cost.
How do I make a return?
1. Sign into your Cathy Style account.
2. Find the order in My Orders, click the "Return Item" button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
NOTE: If you are paying to ship back the return yourself, you can use any shipping method you like, just make sure it's postmarked no later than 30 days from the purchase date.
*The shipping label we provide only works if you are shipping within the US.
Items Not Eligible For Refund:
- Returns received after 30 days of the original order delivery date
- Original shipping charges & fees
- Giveaways with retail value
- Returns received in damaged/worn condition
- All accessories, scarves, intimates, photoshoot gowns, skincare, bags and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchange
- Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged
- Original Method of Payment - You will receive a refund to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days after your package is received at our returns warehouse.
- At this time, we are not able to offer direct exchanges. All returned items will be refunded when they are received.
- If you need a different size or color of an item, we recommend returning your item to us, then placing a new order. For re-orders of the same item and color, we are happy to honor previously used promotions. Please contact Customer Service for assistance!
Multiple Order Returns
- If you would like to return items from multiple orders, please ship them back in separate packages. We will supply you with a different shipping label for each package. This will ensure that we will be able to process your return and refund quickly and accurately.
- Please contact Customer Service prior to returning the item so that way may assist you with your order!
- We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns received after the 30 days will not be accepted.
- All items will be inspected upon arrival and must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered and with all original tags attached to the garment. Items returned with obvious use, pet dander, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
- Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
- The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 90 days after your order was first placed.
- If an incorrect or personal item is returned in error, we will do our best to locate the item, but Cathy Style is not liable for anything returned to us in error, and cannot guarantee it is found and returned. If the package has been delivered to us, please contact customer service and we will do our best to return the item back to you. If the package is still in transit, please contact the mail carrier and request a return to sender.
